When career coaches ask, “what job would you love to have,” the answer is usually, “well, I know what I don’t want.” You see, when you focus on what you don’t want – you get what you don’t want as energy attracts like energy. You cannot feel poor and expect to attract wealth.  Career coaches will tell you that you cannot focus on being unemployed and find a good job.  You cannot feel miserable and attract joy !

  1. Focus on the present and all that you have to be grateful for (for instance, your eyes work and you are able to see)
  2. Avoid negative people, negative media, negative television, and negative environments
  3. Allow yourself (your thoughts) to focus on and feel the excitement of all that you want; not where you are right now or what you don’t presently have
  4. Stop struggling with life, learn to just live it. Until you release the feeling of struggle, you will not be able to achieve what you want. The more you struggle with life, the more life will continue to struggle with you
  5. Make a conscious effort to seek out reasons to laugh more and to have fun with everything you do – even your struggles
